Roast Gravy with a Chilli Sauce twist! 🍖It's al Roast Gravy with a Chilli Sauce twist! 🍖It's all the comfort of traditional gravy, but with a spicy surprise. Here's how to whip it up:**Ingredients**:
- 2 cups of pan juices from your roast
- 2 tbs of flour
- 2 cups of beef or chicken broth
- 2 tbs of your favourite @cobrachilli sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste**Steps**:
1. Keep those tasty juices from your roast and heat them up in a pan over medium heat.
2. Sprinkle in the flour and stir it up until you've got a nice roux going.
3. Time to pour in the broth, but take it slow! Keep stirring to avoid lumps.
4. Now for the chilli sauce! Stir it in and let everything simmer.
5. After about 5 minutes, your gravy should be thick and delicious. If it's too thick, just add a bit more broth.
6. Season with salt and pepper

Beer BBQ Chicken 🔥🌶🍺Very easy, spicy and Beer BBQ Chicken 🔥🌶🍺Very easy, spicy and tastyIngredients:
2 chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
2 capsicums, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tbs of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Cobra Chilli Hopinator BBQ SauceInstructions:
Heat up a tbs of olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
Season your chicken strips with salt and pepper, then add them to the pan. Cook until they're no longer pink in the middle, about 5-7 minutes. Once cooked, remove them from the pan and set them aside.
In the same pan, add another tbs of olive oil, then add your sliced onion and bell peppers. Cook until they're slightly softened, about 5 minutes.
Add your minced garlic to the pan and cook for another minute, until it's fragrant.
Return your cooked chicken to the pan, then pour in your HOPINATOR BBQ Sauce. Stir everything together to ensure it's all coated in the sauce.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until everything is heated through.
Serve over rice or noodles, make it a wrap or just eat it straight out the pan😂#bbqsauce #chickenrecipe #spicysauce
