Roast Gravy with a Chilli Sauce twist! 🍖It’s all the comfort of traditional gravy, but with a spicy surprise. 

Ingredients

2 cups of pan juices from your roast
2 tbs of flour
2 cups of beef or chicken broth
2 tbs of your favourite @cobrachilli sauce  (We recommend Garlic Habanero Chilli Sauce)
Salt and pepper to taste
 

Directions

1. Keep those tasty juices from your roast and heat them up in a pan over medium heat.
2. Sprinkle in the flour and stir it up until you’ve got a nice roux going.
3. Time to pour in the broth, but take it slow! Keep stirring to avoid lumps.
4. Now for the chilli sauce! Stir it in and let everything simmer.
5. After about 5 minutes, your gravy should be thick and delicious. If it’s too thick, just add a bit more broth.
6. Season with salt and pepper
7. Strain out any lumps, and voila! Your spicy roast gravy is ready to serve.
