Beer BBQ Chicken 🔥🌶🍺Very easy, spicy and tasty

Ingredients

*2 chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
*2 capsicums, sliced
*1 onion, sliced
*2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tbs of olive oil
*Salt and pepper to taste
 

Directions

1.Heat up a tbs of olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
2.Season your chicken strips with salt and pepper, then add them to the pan. Cook until they’re no longer pink in the middle, about 5-7 minutes. Once cooked, remove them from the pan and set them aside.
3.In the same pan, add another tbs of olive oil, then add your sliced onion and bell peppers. Cook until they’re slightly softened, about 5 minutes.
4.Add your minced garlic to the pan and cook for another minute, until it’s fragrant.
5.Return your cooked chicken to the pan, then pour in your HOPINATOR BBQ Sauce. Stir everything together to ensure it’s all coated in the sauce.
6.Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until everything is heated through.
7.Serve over rice or noodles, make it a wrap or just eat it straight out the pan😂
