Ingredients

Nice served with a ripper creamy potato bake.

Directions

If roasting is your thing!

  1. Marinate your chops in Cobra Chilli’s competition BBQ glaze for an hour before cooking.  (longer marination is great too)
  2. Preheat oven to 200c
  3. Set the chops in a baking dish and bake them about 25 minutes, turning once half way through. (you can add some more glaze here if you like)
  4.  For medium check for a minimum internal temperature of  63c  or 70c  for well done.
  5. Remove the chops and let rest a few minutes before serving.

If you consider yourself more of a grilling legend!

For pork chops 3/4 inch thick marinated in grilled pork chop marinade:

  1. Marinate your chops for an hour before take-off. (longer or overnight is great too)
  2. Heat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the plates.
  3. Add the chops to the grill and cover. Grill for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Flip the chops and grill for another 1-2 minutes and don’t forget those nice grill marks!
  5. Reduce the heat to medium-low (or, if using charcoal, move the chops to less direct heat) and continue to grill another couple minutes until you reach medium or well-done (same internal temps as above)
  6. Remove the chops and let rest a few minutes before serving.
