Dating back to the 1850’s this dish has been a staple for the cattle drivers in the west to feeding big families today, this good ole dish has been and still is a real favourite.
Ingredients
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 2 large onions, finely chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 500g beef mince
- 1 tbs ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 400g tin chopped tomatoes
- 200ml beef stock
- 1/4 cup Cobra Chilli Habanero Chilli Sauce
- 400g tin red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
Directions
- Fry your onion and garlic first and set aside
- Brown and break up mince
- Add onion and garlic back in as well as other ingredients
- Simmer for at least 1/2 hour
