Spicy Seafood Cooking Sauce

Call your mates over for a five star seafood bbq and show off your culinary skills with a spicy sauce.  Support your local fisho and enjoy our great Australian seafood!

Ingredients

MAKES 3/4 cup 

  • 3 tbs melted butter
  • 1 tbs minced garlic or thinly sliced fresh garlic
  • 5 tbs chilli sauce
  • 3-6 drops of Habanero Pepper Sauce 
  • 3 tbs freshly squeezed lemon juice

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Lightly brush or gently pour over seafood while cooking – perfect for bbq
  3. Make extra to enjoy as your dipping sauce
