Crispy Chilli Baked Potato 🥔🔥Craving something comforting yet spicy? Try my quick and delicious baked potato recipe, featuring your favourite chilli sauce!Ingredients:
4 medium-sized potatoes
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbs of your favourite chilli sauce🌶️
Chopped green onions for garnishInstructions:
Preheat your oven to 220°C.
Scrub the potatoes clean and pat them dry. Prick each potato several times with a fork.
Rub the potatoes with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
Place the potatoes directly on the oven rack and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until tender and crispy.
Once baked, carefully slice the potatoes open. Fluff the insides with a fork.
Mix the sour cream with your favourite chilli sauce, then spoon it over the fluffy potato insides.
Garnish with chopped green onions, a dollop of sour cream and you could even add some bacon bits here too. Everyone loves bacon!🐷

4 chicken thighs (skin-on for extra flavour)
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
½ cup Blazing Burger mustard sauce (the star!)
Optional: fresh herbs (parsley or coriander)✨ How to make:
1️⃣ Rub chicken with oil, salt & pepper.
2️⃣ Roast, bbq or pan-sear until golden brown and nearly cooked through.
