BBQ Loco Fish Taco with lime

Fresh, healthy, tasty, easy, zingy fish taco with lime.  Add with a Margarita coctail to complete the experience.

Ingredients

  • 300gms piece of fresh fish – flake, snapper or cod are best choices for BBQ cooking
  • 4 Soft taco shells
  • 1/2 cup Cobra Chilli Loco Lime Glaze
  • 1/4 cup Cobra Chilli Tropical Zing Chilli Sauce
  • 1 cup coleslaw
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 fresh lime cut into quarters

 

Salsa- chopped into small cubes, we added a little pickled jalapeno juice into the mix to flavour it next level (optional)

  • 1- tomato
  • 1/2 capsicum
  • 1/2 small red onion
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 1/2 fresh cayenne or jalapeno chilli

 

Directions

  • Coat fish generouly in Cobra Chilli Loco Lime Glaze and place on hot BBQ
  • When turning fish add some more Loco Lime Glaze
  • When fish is almost cooked, place your soft taco shells on bbq to warm up
  • When fish is ready break it into pieces and fill each taco evenly
  • Top fish with a small handful of coleslaw and salsa on top
  • Finally top your fish taco with a bit of freshly chopped up chilli and add plenty of Cobra Chilli Tropcial Zing Sauce
  • squeeze some fresh lime over the top of your filled tacos
