Beef & Pork Vindaloo -  In a pan brown 500g of sliced pork or beef. Add 2 tbsp of curry paste (50g) and mix well. Add enough water to make the gravy. Bring to the boil and cook until the meat is tender. Reduce the curry with the lid off until the sauce has thickened. Serve the curry with rice or Naan.
